The objective behind the Texas Salsa Classic is to promote, encourage and graciously support all salsa couples from the South Region to achieve international status.

SalsaEddy believes that Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas have some of the best dancers in the world. The difference from the well known dancers and the South Region is that they haven't been recognized... YET!!!

Whether you dance "On1", "On2", Cuban, Puerto Rican or/and Colombian Style, SalsaEddy wants that everyone to be the best in their decorative style of dancing and represent the South Region of the United States to the best of their amazing abilities.

That is why SalsaEddy created this huge competition call the - Texas Salsa Classic - so, hopefully with everyone's participation and support we can make this happen here in the South Region of the United States.

SalsaEddy wants to give the probable opportunity to all those dancers to be recognized in a bigger stage than what they are use to and he cordially invite you to come and test your skills.

This competition is a wonderful tool for everyone to improve not only in their dancing but, also their performance overall.

The year is about to end and another one if coming, I'm very excited for what it is to come but, also bless for a wonderful year.

2007 Recap...

1st and always is the people who choose me to be their instructor. Thank you so much.

Found a great partner to compete this year.

S.W.A.T. has been reformed with old and new members.

Not expecting Domenica and I won the Texas Salsa Open during the beginning of the year.

S.W.A.T. made the debut performance in March @ Rumba Club.

S.W.A.T. performed @ The West Coast, Puerto Rico, Houston & Dallas Salsa Congress.

Domenica & I performed @ The West Coast Salsa Congress.

I was acknowledge by Albert Torres for my contribution in the Salsa Community here in Texas.
